Formatting

Your document can be formatted by using familiar menus or by using keyboard shortcuts or the action line. Once a formatting command is issued, a code is inserted in the document where it can be seen in Show Codes View. Formatting codes affect the document from the point of insertion until it is overridden by a subsequent command.
