Font and Font Size |
|
Font and font size can be changed in any of the following ways: (1) the Set Font dialog, (2) the Format, Font menu options, (3) Font Toolbar on your Nota Bene screen, (4) keyboard shortcuts, and (5) UF and SZ commands entered on the action line. When any of these methods are used, a UF (Use Font or a SZ (Size) command is inserted in the file and the command affects all of the following text until there is another command that changes the font or font size.
At any point in your document, the font and font size will be determined by the most recent commands that are embedded in the document. The UF and SZ commands can be seen and edited or deleted in Codes View. If there are no UF or SZ commands, the font and font size will be determined by your Nota Bene default settings.
You can change the default font settings by clicking Tools, Preferences, and then selecting Fonts. This takes you to a version of the Set Font dialog that changes default settings (rather than changing settings in the current document). Once changed, the new default settings will apply to any new document. See Changing Default Settings.
