Spell Popup Dialog |
|
When Auto Spell Mode is on, a right-click menu can be used to open the Spell Popup dialog. Right-click on a word that has been flagged as misspelled opens and then select (left-click) Correct Word. The Spell Popup dialog will open with the following options:
Accept this word (do not flag) •...for Session (removes visual indication of misspelling of all occurrences of this word until Nota Bene is reopened; does not add word to dictionary). •...Always (>Dict) (adds word directly to Primary User Dictionary so that it will never be flagged as questionable again)
Set up Replacement Pairs Replacement pair consists of the misspelled word at the top of the dialog and the highlighted word in the bottom half of the dialog. •Once (replaces misspelled word at the top of the dialog with the highlighted word once; does not add replacement pair to dictionary) •For Session (replaces misspelled word at the top of the dialog with the highlighted word for session; does not add replacement pair to dictionary) •Always (>Dict) (adds replacement pair to Primary User Dictionary so that the misspelled word will always be automatically replaced with the correctly spelled word)
Configure Spell: Opens Configure: Options Tab. User Dictionaries: Opens a dialog that allows you to Edit User Dictionaries.
When Auto Spell Check is on or not on, words or replacement pairs can be added to the primary user dictionary by using the Spell Dialog or the Spell Utility Dialog Bar.
