Convert to/from Word or Other Format

Nota Bene provides filters that allow you to convert Nota Bene files to or from other word processors.

Convert from other applications to Nota Bene

In most cases, you can use the File Open dialog to open a Word file in Nota Bene or you can copy/paste from other applications to Nota Bene. See Convert to Nota Bene.

If you have a lot of files to convert, you can use Nota Bene's batch conversion feature to convert all of the files in one folder from another word processor to Nota Bene. For more information, see Batch Conversion.

Convert from Nota Bene to other applications

The Save As dialog is used to convert an Nota Bene file to RTF (Rich Text Format for use with Word or other applications) or to PDF (Portable Document Format for use with Adobe Reader). You can convert an open NB file to RTF  or to PDF and attach it to an email by using the Send To option on the File menu.
