The third tab of the Reference Style for Current Document dialog is used to select the publishing style for the bibliography or reference list in your document. The following options are available:
Selected In-Text Style Ibidem displays the style you have selected for you in-text citations. This can be changed by clicking the In-Text Citation Format tab.
Include Reference List Check this option to write a reference list for the works cited in your document. Click to clear the check box if you do not want Ibidem to generate a reference list.
Automatically Match Reference List/Bibliography to In-Text Style Check this option to have Ibidem match the bibliographic style to the in-text citation style you have defined for your document.
Style List Box The Style List Box provides you with the pre-defined styles available for your reference list. Click on a style to select it.
Include Annotation Check this option to include the contents of the annotation field in your reference list.
Order/Sequence Choose Alphabetical to sort the entries your reference list alphabetically. Choose As Cited in File to sort the entries in the order in which they are cited in your document. Check the box to ignore lowercase works in Author Name (for example, to sort the name "de Linde" under L rather than d).
Save as Default Check this option to save the current settings as the default settings future documents.
Write List to File Click this button to copy the list that is visible in the style list box to a new untitled Nota Bene file. The file can then be saved or printed.
