Textbase Statistics

With an Orbis textbase open, the textbase statistics can be seen in the Textbase Control Center (press Ctrl+X or click File, Control Nexus).

Drives: number of drives in which textbase files are stored.

Folders: number of folders in which textbase files are stored.

Files: number of files included in the textbase.

Entries: Total number of entries in all of the files of the textbase. An entry is the unit of text that Orbis retrieves, usually a paragraph.

Keywords: Number of unique words in all of the files of the textbase, not including words on the Omit List.

Total Words: Total number of words in all of the files of the textbase (including words on the Omit List, counting words each time they are used).

Characters: Total number of characters in all of the files of the textbase.
