Orbis can generate a list of all of the keywords in your textbase and the number of entries in which each keyword appears. Options are available for limiting the number of keywords included and for sorting the list alphabetically or according to the number of times the keyword appears.
To write a list of all the keywords in your textbase to a Nota Bene document:
Entire Vocabulary Click the Entire Vocabulary radio button to include all of the keywords in you textbase.
Range From/To Click the Range From radio button to limit the keyword list to a specified range within the alphabet. For example, if you specified From a, and To c, you would get all of the keywords that begin with A or B. Keywords that begin with C would be after the single letter C, so they would be out of the range. You can enter either a single letter or a full word in these spaces.
Special Keywords Click the Special Keywords radio button to limit the vocabulary list to keywords tagged with #, or keywords tagged with @.
Exclude Keywords Appearing in Fewer than __ Entries Check the Exclude Keywords check box if you wish to include only those keywords or words in your list that appear more than a certain number of times. Use the arrow keys on the Entries option box to indicate how many times the keywords must appear in the textbase to be included in the vocabulary list.
Output Frequency Count for Each Keyword Check the Output Frequency Count option to include the number of times the keyword appears in the textbase in your list. Use the drop list to indicate whether you would like the count to appear after the keyword or before the keyword.
Sort Results by: Use the Sort Results by drop list to indicate the order in which you would like the vocabulary list sorted: Keyword in Ascending (A-Z) Order Frequency Count, with Most frequent first Frequency Count, with Least frequent first
