Font Size: keyboard shortcuts

The size of the font can be increased or decreased by one point by using the keyboard shortcuts shown below. If a block of text is defined, then the block will be changed. If no block is defined, the keyboard command will affect the document from the point of insertion until the end of the document or until a subsequent command changes the same setting.

Increase font size: Ctrl+Shift++ (using the plus sign at the top of your keyboard).

Decrease font size: Ctrl+Shift+- (using the minus sign or hyphen at the top of your keyboard)

You can change the default font settings (font, font size, etc.) through the Tools, Preferences menu. See Changing default settings.
