Text which has been defined appears on the screen either with a colored background, or in reverse colors (white print on black background). You can change the color used to mark the selection, and well as the color used to show the highlighed terms when using the Find All option in the Ctrl+F Find/Replace menu..
To change the selection color:
| 1 | Click Tools, Preferences. |
| 2 | The Preferences dialog box will appear on your screen. Scroll down and click Selection Type and Color and click the Set button. |
| 3 | The Selection Type and Color dialog box will appear on your screen. Use the Selection Color section at the bottom of this dialog as follows: |
| • | Click the Color radio button if you want a colored background with black text. Click the Set Color button to select the background color. |
| • | Click the Reverse radio button if you want white text on a black background. |
| • | Click the second Set Color button to select the background color for "Find All" searches. |
| 4 | Click OK. Close the Preferences dialog by clicking Close (or by clicking the X in the top right corner). |
