Nota Bene allows you to designate information about the paper your document will print on. From within the Page Layout dialog, paper settings can be adjusted as follows:
| 2 | Use the drop down list to select the size of the paper you will be using. If you select Custom, use the slider control to designate the width and height of the paper or enter the values into the boxes. Values can be entered in inches, centimeters or millimeters using the two letter abbreviations (in, cm or mm). (See the chart in Tools, Preferences, Measurement Units for a full list of the measurement units that can be used and their two letter abbreviations.) |
| 3 | If you want to specify the paper source, click the Paper Source button and specify which tray of your printer you will be using. |
| 4 | Specify the orientation by clicking the Portrait radio button or the Landscape radio button. |
| 5 | Observe the Preview window for an indication of how the adjustments you make affect your text. |
