The Pairs feature allows you to move from an opening quote to the corresponding closing quote or from a closing quote to the corresponding opening quote. Similarly you can move from any open/close character (parentheses, bracket, etc.) to the corresponding closing or opening character. This can be useful in checking to see if the closing quote (or other character) is present.
