Open or Close a Textbase

Automatic Textbases can be opened in Popup Orbis. See Automatic Textbases.

User-defined textbases must be created or "indexed" before it can be opened. See Create New Textbase. Once it has been created, it can be opened from the Orbis Gateway. Click File, Orbis Gateway (or press Alt+O) to open the Orbis Gateway. You will see a list of textbases that have been created. Click to highlight the textbase that you would like to open and then click Open Selected. To close a textbase, click File, Close Textbase (or press Ctrl+F4). An open textbase is automatically closed when you open a different textbase.
