Indentation

Paragraph indentation in Nota Bene is highly controllable. By default, no indentation setting is enabled, unless a Framework or an Academic Style is currently in use. When indentation is desired, one may choose to block indentation (all lines of the paragraph indented) or first line/hanging indentation (first line is not indented, subsequent lines are indented -- for use with numbered lists or bullets). Indentation can be controlled by using any of the following 4 methods:

The Paragraph Settings dialog (Format, Paragraph) is intuitive and it provides a lot of options. See Indentation: menus.
The action line is quick and easy if you know how to use the IP command: See Indentation: IP command.
Keyboard shortcuts are quick and easy if you remember the shortcuts. See Indentation: keyboard shortcuts.
The ruler provides a visual interface that can be used to set indentation, margins and tabs. See Ruler.
