Entry Templates

Entry Templates are used to add a new record to an Ibidem database. Each entry template contains the fields that are needed for the specific type of work to be entered. For example, if you choose the template for a book, the title field that is used will be the BT field (Book/Long Work Title). If you choose the template for an article in a journal, the title field that is used will be the ST field (Short Work Title). See Field Definitions.
