With Archiva+, you can go directly from a record in your Ibidem database to the corresponding record in various on-line databases. In general, this function works for books, not for journal articles (the latter are typically not found at these sites).
If a record has an ISBN number, Archiva+ provides links to that record in various on-line sites. Click Links, and then the site where you wish to look up the record. You will have the following options:
This function works by using the ISBN number in the IS field of your Ibidem database. If there is no ISBN number listed, you will be prompted to have Archiva look up the ISBN number. For more information about how this works, see ISBN Numbers.
