When creating a concordance, you can create your own custom format. You do this while creating a new concordance. See Create Concordance.
| 1 | In the Configuration/Format box of the Concordance: New dialog, click New. The Concordance Format: New dialog will appear on your screen. |
| 2 | At the bottom of the dialog, enter a description of the format or style that you are creating. You will be able to use this description to select this format for future concordances. |
| 3 | Under the General tab, make changes to the heading format, references and keyword format. |
| 4 | Click the Context Rules tab, and make changes to the way text will appear around keywords. |
| 5 | Click OK to save the new format or Cancel to cancel. |
From the Concordance: New dialog you can also delete unwanted custom formats by clicking once on them then clicking Delete. Be careful not to delete the default formats that came with the program.
