The F6 compose key enables insertion of Syriac vowels.

Contextualization (selection of proper form) is automatic. To override contextualization, insert the character, then press F6 and then:

•	S for Smart form (changes automatically based on context)

•	A for Stand alone form

•	I for Initial form

•	M for Medial form

•	F for Final form

Note that the glyphs shown above may not look like the proper form, but in fact when combined together with the preceding or following form, they do display correctly.
