Although Nota Bene will not print in the Outline View, it will allow you to print an outline by creating a printable Page Layout (Alternate) View:
| 3 | The screen will display the Print Outline dialog. Two options, selectable by radio buttons, are available: |
| • | Use the current framework but suppress the counters and/or the body text and make a version of the document outline that can be printed. Suppressing the counters will take the "Section I, Section II, etc." labels from your printable outline. Suppressing the body text will leave only the section headings (and the counters if they haven't been suppressed). |
| • | Edit the existing framework or select a new framework from the library. If this option is selected you will move into framework editing/changing and out of outline printing. See Editing a Framework. Select the edit radio button and click OK. |
| 4 | Once your preferences have been set, click OK |
| 5 | You have now created an alternate page layout view of your outline with your suppression preferences in effect. You can print this view out just as you would any document. To toggle between this view and your original page layout view, press Shift+F6. |
