Printing a Document

 

You can print an open document or any portion of it. To print only one page, place your cursor on the page to be printed before opening the print dialog. To print a block of text, select the block to be printed before opening the print dialog. Specific pages to be printed can be specified after opening the print dialog.

 

To print a displayed file:

 

1Click File, Print or press Ctrl+P or click the Print button on the toolbar. The Print dialog will appear on your screen.
2Make selections in the Print dialog and check to be sure that the correct printer is named in the box marked "Printer" and that it is on-line. For more detailed information about the options available, see Print dialog.
3Click OK to begin printing.
