There are two ways to insert a phrase from your phrase library in your document.
Method One
| 1 | Move your cursor to the point in your document where you want to insert the phrase. |
| 2 | Press Shift+Alt+the letter or number that has been assigned to the phrase. |
Method Two
| 1 | Move your cursor to the point in your document where you want to insert the phrase. |
| 2 | Click Edit, Phrase Library, Insert or press Alt+F3. The Phrases: Insert dialog will appear with a list of all of the phrases that have been assigned. |
| 3 | Type or click the letter or number of the phrase you want to insert. The phrase to be inserted will be highlighted in the list at the top of the dialog and displayed in the box at the bottom of the dialog. |
| 4 | Click Insert to insert the phrase or Close to close the dialog without inserting the phrase. |
