Additional Fields Dialog

The Additional Fields dialog is opened from the Generate Bibliography dialog when you check the option to Include Additional Fields and click the Fields button.  

Ibidem will print all fields that are checked in the dialog, in the order that they appear in the dialog. Use the Order arrows to define the sequence for the formatted citation and additional fields.
