Override Auto Hyphenation

If auto hyphenation is active, you can override it for a single word.  If you do not want the word to hyphenate at the end of a line, you can place a soft hyphen just before the word. Press Ctrl+[-] (using the -/_ key at the top of your keyboard). You can also use the menus to do this as follows:

1Place your cursor on the word that you do not want to hyphenate.
2Click Proof, Hyphenation
3The Hyphenation dialog will appear.
4Click the Prevent Auto Hyphenation of Current Word box.
5Click OK.
