Generate Table Format Dialog

To open the Generate Table Format dialog, click Generate, Table Format. The following options and settings are available:

Database and Subset

Define the database and subset containing the records to include in the Table Format output file.

Fields to Include

Check the fields (or field groups) to include in the table.

Format

Landscape Orientation

Check this option to format the table across the length of the page.

Regular Tabs

Check this option to separate fields with tabs only.

Columns

Check this option to format fields in columns.

Print Borders Around Cells

Check this option to include borders in the table columns.
