View Text Before or After Current Entry |
|
Once an entry has been retrieved and is displayed in the entry pane, you can expand to view text in your file immediately preceding or following the entry. Place the cursor in the entry pane of the Orbis screen and use the second set of left/right arrows at the bottom of the Orbis entry pane. Click the left arrow to display additional entries before the text that was originally retrieved, and click the right arrow to display additional entries after the text that was originally retrieved. The two boxes indicate the number of entries (paragraphs) that are shown in the Entry Pane before (first box) and after (second box) the text that was originally retrieved.
Alternatively, you can click View, Text Before Entry (or press Alt+PgUp) to view the previous text or click View, Text After Entry (or Alt+PgDn) to view the following text.
There is no limit to the number of entries that can be viewed before or after the entry that was originally retrieved. The text that is shown in the entry panel can be inserted in your open Nota Bene document, all without opening the source file. Or you can open the source file.
