Archiva: Capturing Full Text of Article

If the full-text of the article appears with a record, you can capture it and it will appear in the AN (annotation) field.

However, for a long article, it may be more efficient to have a link in your Ibidem record that goes directly to the article. The link can go to a web page that contains the full text or it can go to a file that you have saved on your computer. You can save a PDF file, or you can copy and paste the text to a Nota Bene file and save the NB file. Then create a link to either the web page (an on-line source) or to the file on your computer (a local source). See Source Links.

Once you have created the source link, you will be able to click the link in the record in your Ibidem database and go directly to the article.
