Save All Matches to File |

After retrieving search results in Orbis, you can copy all of the matches to a new file, to the end of an open file or to any point within an open file. If you wish to copy the matches to a place in an open file other than the end of the file, place your cursor at that point before proceeding.
To write all of the matching entries that are shown in the Results pane to a document:
The following options and settings are available in this dialog:
Output Destination Entries can be written to several output destinations: a new file, or to the current file open in Nota Bene (at cursor position), or the current file open in Nota Bene (at end of file).
Highlight Keywords Check this option to highlight keywords in the document with your choice of print attribute.
Include Source Filename Check this option to include the name of the source file in the file to which the entries are being written.
Include Search String Check this option to include the search string used to retrieve the entries in the file to which the entries are being written.

Output Only When File Containing Matches Changes Check this option to include the information checked above (keywords, source file names, search strings) only once for each file.
Output Once Before Every Match (Even if from Same File) Check this option to include the information checked above (keywords, source file names, search strings) once for each entry.
Output on Separate Line Before Text Check this option to include a hard return after the information source files names and search strings.
