Toolbars

Toolbars consisting of buttons and/or other controls are available on the Nota Bene screen. The display of toolbars/buttons can be customized.

To identify a button, move your cursor to the button and pause until an identifying label appears. Click on a button to issue the command. Toolbars can be moved to a different location by pointing and dragging (move the cursor to the toolbar you want to move, hold down the left mouse button while you move the cursor to a new location).

You can hide or display each of the toolbars by clicking View, Toolbars. This will open a menu that contains a list of all of the toolbars with a check mark next to the ones that are active. Click to check (display) or uncheck (hide) any of the toolbars. The same menu can be opened by right-clicking anywhere on any toolbar.

Toolbars can be customized by selecting the Customize option at the bottom of this menu. If there are buttons that you do not use, you can hide them (and easily add them to the toolbar again if you change your mind). To do this, right-click the litte arrow
