Show/Hide Margins

In Page Layout view, margins can be hidden on screen so that more of the screen area is devoted to the text. To do this for an individual open file, click View, Show/Hide Margins or press Ctrl+Shift+F5. This changes the on-screen display and has no effect on the printed document.

To change the default setting so that margins will always be hidden, click Tools, Preferences and double-click on Document Views. Use the Document Views dialog to show the margins or to hide some or all of them. You can also choose to have margins displayed with gray hatching. The new default setting will be in effect for all documents and for all future Nota Bene sessions until you change it.
