Framework Commands in Codes View |
|
The OL (outline level) and OB (object) commands are inserted in a document when you add an outline, framework or academic style. We recommend that you use the menus rather than editing these commands directly in codes view.
The OL command sets the level and other information that governs the heading and body text.
The OB commands with arguments (OBX/TI,1) set up various sub-elements (level, counter, title, title end, body text, etc.) of the heading+body text units. In Codes View, place your cursor on an OB command and press Ctrl+F1 for details on the OB command and its arguments.
The blank OB (<OB> alone, without any arguments) command ends the settings that were established by previous OL commands and the subunits (described above)
