To copy a field:
| 1 | Click File, Properties to open the Properties dialog. |
| 2 | Click the Fields tab at the top left of the dialog. |
| 3 | Click on the name of any field in the list to highlight it. |
| 4 | Click the Copy Field button. Ibidem creates a new field, copying the field definitions from the original field. |
| 5 | Enter a new two character ID and Description for the new field. |
| 6 | Make certain the Field Type and Alignment are set to your preference. |
| 7 | Click OK to save the changes. |
