LEGENDARY TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Nota Bene is a multi-faceted program that you can grow with as you learn more and more of the intricacies and powerful tools that are available. To help you learn to use the program, we provide 700 pages of documentation, on-line videos, and sample instructional files, all available on the Nota Bene Help menu. But sometimes, people can't figure out how to accomplish their objectives. If you run into trouble, there is almost certainly a solution, and we want to make sure that you get the help that you need.
We have long been known for the superb quality of our technical support. You can contact us by phone or email, and you will usually get a response within one business day. You will be communicating with us — people who actually know and love the program. There is no virtual help desk, no uninformed employees, and no out-sourced help desk.
A FEW NOTES ABOUT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Sending an email is often the most efficient way of getting help — it not only lets us answer after hours, but it lets you send us files (often essential, since almost every reported issues is specific to some particular file and/or action) and it lets us send you clear written instructions on how to proceed
- Instructional help in learning how to use the program, advice on how to proceed with some specific research task, or producing camera-ready copy are distinct from technical support, but can be arranged on an hourly consulting basis

Our technical support is available to anyone using NB 14. On-going technical support is one of the benefits of using our current version, and we recommend that everyone upgrade to the recently released NB 14. We will be phasing out technical support for NB 13, but we will still provide support for those who purchased (or upgraded to) NB 13 within the 6 months prior to your request for technical support.
