DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE UPDATE


Fill in the information below, and then click Download, “Save” (or the equivalent), and then specify the location where you want to save your file; after the download is complete, click “Run” (or double click on the file you downloaded, if you are not presented with that option).

  • You should NOT uninstall the existing version before installing the new version
  • If Nota Bene is running, you should first close it
  • If you have previously run NB in the current session, it may be necessary to reboot, or close down the Windows virtual machine (if running on a Mac or a 64-bit version of Windows), before proceeding. (You can try installing without doing so, but if you encounter any errors, you should reboot and then reinstall by clicking on the name of the file you downloaded.)
