Orbis+ (Additional Formats for Orbis)
Orbis (included in Nota Bene Workstation) can be used to search thousands Nota Bene files simultaneously and retrieve text that can be inserted in the paper you are writing. It is like having Google for your personal files. Additional formats are now available so that you can use Orbis to search PDF, DOCX, DOC, RTF and HTML files in addition to NB files. These files can be included in the same Orbis textbases that you use to search NB files, or you can set up new textbases that search whatever formats you select.

Archiva+ extends the citation-capture tools that are included in the Nota Bene Workstation (searching of on-line libraries, and capturing of citation data from JStor, Project Muse, and similar pages) to also include converters for:
* Bibliographies — convert already formatted electronic bibliographies in selected styles to Ibidem field-structured format
* ISBN Data — convert ISBN numbers to Ibidem format (ISBN numbers can be scanned using most smartphone apps or handheld scanners, or typed or pasted)

NB BookShelf
The NB Bookshelf is a series of public domain texts (over 200 in all) selected from the American Library Association's reading checklists for college students and university course syllabi for undergraduate degree programs. These texts come in two formats: (a) text files that are instantly searchable by a prebuilt Orbis textbase (which can be installed and then activated immediately, without any effort) and (b) high-quality e-ditions, each of which has been carefully formatted as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file, complete with page numbers and hyperlinked contents, using high quality (and thus very readable) classic publishing fonts.

Extended Alphabets
Additional languages are available for those who work in near eastern, classical, and biblical studies. These modules enable you to work in the supported language in Nota Bene proper, in Ibidem (the bibliographic database program) and Orbis (the text-retrieval system), just as you can already do in Greek, Hebrew, Cyrillic, and Arabic. Included in each is everything you need to work in that language (fonts, keyboard drivers, rendering tables, dead-accent tables, right-to-left text entry [Syriac only], and similar functions).
