Auto Program Updates
You can have Nota Bene check for updates:
  • Each time Nota Bene starts
  • Once a week
  • Never (check manually as desired)

    Here’s how it works:
  • When starting, NB quickly and invisibly
        checks the NB web site
  • If updates are found, you will be asked
        whether you want to install them
  • If you do, the files will be copied into the
        appropriate program location
  • When finished, Nota Bene will open, as
        normal

    We added auto-updating because we often found that people were not using the latest version of the program to which they were entitled (we had 12 free updates for version 8.0), and thus working less effectively than they needed to be.

    By keeping auto-updating active, you can quickly and painlessly insure that you have all the latest NB enhancements.
