Training Videos on use of Nota Bene 8.0
You can view them on your Windows Media or similar (e.g., RealOne) player capable of handling the WMV format.
If you don’t have a player, you can download the free Windows Media Player from the Microsoft Web site.
For best viewing results, you should maximize your player's window (in Windows Media Player, press Alt+Enter).
There are two ways you can use these videos:
To play a video directly from the web site (without downloading it), double click
To download a video to your computer, right click, and select Save As (or the equivalent in your browser)
If you choose to download the videos to your computer, note:
You can download individual videos, based on what interests you (to download all the videos, choose them in sequence)
Dates are provided for each video, so you can see whether the videos posted on the web are more recent than any you might already have installed (either from the Nota Bene CD, or from earlier downloads)
File sizes are also provided for each video, so you can see approximately how long downloading will take (individual videos should take from a few seconds to several minutes to download, depending on the speed of your Internet connection)
You must download all videos into the “NBVIDEO” subfolder under your main Nota Bene for Windows program folder (usually “\NBWIN”) if you want to be able to play them directly from within Nota Bene
Even if you download only a single video, you should also download the updated configuration file to the same “NBVIDEO” folder.
